These terms govern carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, janitorial and related services provided by Hope Sandoval LLC. A copy is also presented for signature before work begins on every job. Where a signed job sheet and this page differ, the signed job sheet controls.
Only the areas and line items priced on your written quote or job sheet are included. Janitorial or other non-carpet services are included only where written into the quote, with the specific tasks and frequency agreed in advance. Not included unless separately listed and priced: furniture over 50 lbs, electronics, pianos, waterbeds, fragile items, pet urine subfloor treatment, odour treatment, stain protectant, upholstery, drapery, area rugs, tile, grout, hard surfaces, water or flood remediation, mould remediation, or repair of pre-existing carpet damage.
The customer agrees to remove breakables, valuables and small objects before arrival; provide access to the property, working electrical outlets and a water source; secure pets away from the work area; disclose all known stains and pre-existing damage before work begins; and keep children and pets off cleaned carpet until it is fully dry.
Hope Sandoval LLC is not responsible for any condition existing before service, including worn traffic lanes, permanent staining, colour loss, bleach spots, pet damage, loose or separating seams, ripples or buckling, delamination, subfloor damage, or damage from prior cleaning attempts. The walkthrough and photographs taken before work begins are the record of condition at the time of service.
Results depend on fibre type, age, construction, soil and prior treatment. Hope Sandoval LLC does not guarantee removal of any specific stain or odour. The following commonly do not fully respond and may be permanent: pet urine, bleach and chemical discolouration, dye transfer, rust, ink, paint, cosmetics, wax, adhesives, set-in or repeatedly cleaned stains, sun fading, and stains previously treated with over-the-counter products. Stains may reappear after drying due to wicking from the carpet backing; this is a normal characteristic of carpet cleaning and is not defective work.
Hope Sandoval LLC does not clean wool, silk, viscose, rayon or other natural-fibre or hand-knotted rugs, antique textiles, or any material where fibre content cannot be confirmed, and does not perform water damage restoration, sewage cleanup or mould remediation. If such materials are found on site, Hope Sandoval LLC may decline that item without penalty.
Carpet typically requires 4 to 12 hours to dry depending on humidity and airflow. The customer is responsible for ventilation after service. Wet carpet is slippery. The customer is responsible for keeping traffic off cleaned areas until dry. Hope Sandoval LLC is not liable for slips, falls or injuries occurring after the technician leaves. The customer must disclose known allergies, asthma or chemical sensitivities of occupants before service. Safety Data Sheets for all products used are available on request.
Any concern must be raised within 72 hours of service, by phone or in writing. Hope Sandoval LLC's sole remedy is to return and re-clean the affected area at no charge within a reasonable time. If re-cleaning does not produce an acceptable result, Hope Sandoval LLC may at its discretion refund the amount paid for that area. No refund will be issued without first allowing Hope Sandoval LLC the opportunity to re-clean. Claims made after 72 hours are not eligible.
Any claim for damage must be reported within 72 hours, in writing, with photographs, and Hope Sandoval LLC must be allowed to inspect before any repair or replacement. Claims where the item has already been repaired or disposed of cannot be verified and will not be honoured.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Mexico law, Hope Sandoval LLC's total liability arising from this agreement, for any cause, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services performed. Hope Sandoval LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of use or loss of income, nor for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, defects in carpet manufacture or installation, concealed subfloor conditions, prior chemical treatment, or the customer's failure to disclose material information.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoiced accounts are due net 15 or net 30 as marked. Past-due balances accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month or $25, whichever is greater, to the extent permitted by New Mexico law. The customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees. Returned payments incur a $30 fee. All prices are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax, shown as a separate line on your quote.
Cancel or reschedule without charge with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice, or inability to access the property at the scheduled time, may incur a trip charge of $50. Hope Sandoval LLC may reschedule for weather, equipment failure or circumstances beyond its control, without liability.
Any work beyond the line items on your quote must be approved by the customer in writing or by text message, including the additional price, before it is performed. Verbal approvals given on site should be confirmed by text.
Hope Sandoval LLC photographs work areas before and after service for quality control and claim documentation. These are internal records. Marketing use requires the customer's separate written consent and carries no identifying information about the property or occupants.
Hope Sandoval LLC is an independent contractor; nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, with venue in Dona Ana County. The signed job sheet together with these terms is the complete agreement and supersedes any prior verbal or written statements, quotes or advertisements, and may be modified only in writing signed by both parties.

Any price shown on this site or given by phone is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site and set out in a written service agreement signed before work begins. All prices are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax.
Submitting a booking request or online appointment does not create a binding appointment until Hope Sandoval LLC confirms it by phone, text or email.
Card payments made through this site are processed by Square. Hope Sandoval LLC does not receive, see or store your card number. Square's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction. By proceeding to payment you confirm you have read and accepted the Service Agreement in Part 1 above.

When you request a quote, book an appointment or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you need. If you pay online, Square collects and processes your payment details — we do not receive them.
We use your information to quote and schedule your job, to contact you about that job, to send an invoice or receipt, and to follow up afterwards. We keep job records including before-and-after photographs for quality control and to document the condition of your property at the time of service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service (for example, Square for payment processing) or where required by law.
We keep job records and photographs for as long as needed for tax, insurance and claim-handling purposes. New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax and federal tax records are retained as required by law.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling (575) 654-3764. Marketing use of any photograph of your property requires your separate written consent, and we will not use one without it.
